Have you googled it? There are sites which tell you what mysterious files are. 
They are legitimate file names- you could verify by comparing sizes with the 
official versions.

I googled briefly when your email appeared, and it looks like the software 
adobe uses for installing auto updates, with details of the installation in the 
payload folder. If your installation of LR is set to check periodically for 
updates (without necessarily auto-updating) then it may have downloaded them as 
part of the check.

I would have thought it would do no harm to rename them, then run LR check for 
updates and see what happens. If you want to install any updates then you can 
do it with LR. I believe they are still issuing bug fixes for your version.
