We can keep the windows open on the street side, all day, in the very city centre. No noise, no car exhausts, no fumes from all the restaurant kitchens. This morning, I've heard a bird sing so charmingly, it was almost unreal. No idea what it was, but I hadn't heard this particular kind here in many years.
