Ironic juxtaposition - one of my fave themes -- nice grab, Larry - I love it..
That being said, I'll nit pick mildly (the "if it were my photo edit" -- I'd crop a bit on the bottom and a smidge on the um left, I think... for me it would be because of my preferred aspect ratio, but also bringing the subject closer to the viewer it is easier to see that the woman is smoking ..
