I don't know, I think I'd buy it, a flippy screen is just something else to break, though I can see it's usefulness in some circumstances.

The new Prism looks like it could be duplicated by just using a O-ME53 which I've been using since I got my *ist-Ds.  It's not perfect but it does give a view pretty close to an LX with a standard prism finder.  Probably not the highest viewfinder magnification, but good enough.

I'm just glad that they haven't abandoned the high end APS-C DSLR segment.
