I put all my film in the fridge. I figure it's a way of being certain it
won't be subjected to excessive temperature. When removing it, I try to
let it sit for an hour before opening the can or wrapper. However, I
have used rolls almost immediately, even in warm humid weather, with no
apparent effect. I think the film warms to air temperature rather
quickly and any condensation dissipates rapidly. Of course it's better
to wait.
