There are a lot of people specializing in these kind of stunts now (Starboyz
being the group I saw last year). The superbike races often have them as
kind of a "half-time show" between races. Two-up stoppies are routine now.
The famous Wheelie King was Doug Domokos (who was killed in an ultralight
aircraft accident in 2000) may have done that kind of stuff.
