This bridge is not unique. I've seen stories about similar bridges before, and
underpasses as well.
This one has cameras & they posted the video to the internet.
There might be video from others, but this is the one I ran across while
wandering around on the information super-highway.

There's one across the motorway in Flanders when we go to Dunkirk via
Antwerp. It has "Ecoduct" written across in big letters.
There are dozens (maybe hundreds) of those across major highways all over
Yurp. At least, the highways I have driven along.
