On a serious note, with everything out of focus or with all motion blur
is hard on the eyes.. keep it for yourself for the memory of what you
saw, but
I wouldn't leave it on your album page.

It’s a fun photo. I saw something where flickr is doing a contest for your
best worst photo, that would be a perfect candidate.
