From a series of historic signs which I've recently uploaded to fotocommunity. The company Cockerill has changed its name several times over the last four decades and is today part of Arcelor-Mittal.
Even older than that sign is the writing on the wall behind it. The UCMLB, the Union des Communistes Marxistes-Léninistes de Belgique, a maoist faction of the Belgian communist party, had already disbanded itself in 1976. The photo dates from 2005. https://www.fotocommunity.de/photo/das-historische-schild-cockerill-seraing-fotoralfbe/44774222 Enjoy Ralf -- Ralf R.
