If you hunt around for grips of this sort, you'll see there are various different shapes and sizes suited for different shaped/sized hands, also various different kinds of connecting bracketry and intended applications. I'm sure someone would custom make the grip portion to your specification if your needs were unusual; I didn't look for that particular service.
