I talked to them on the phone and the lady said they'd emailed me with a repair estimate attached. She confirmed my email address.

I tried & tried to "get messages" and could not get it. She sent it again while I was on the phone and it still would not come through.

I gave her a backup email address and it came through right away.

I asked if it was Ok for me to approve the repairs while I was on the phone and she told me yes, so I gave her my credit card number.

The repair is going to cost less than 1/3 what it would cost me to replace. Wish I hadn't broken it, but it could be worse.
