If it's not too annoying, leave it alone, as you can do more harm than good trying to clean them. There is the possibility that the specs ar on top of the screen, where you can't get at them. However, if you are brave.... Here is how I clean screens: 1) Gently brush the screen with a small camel hair (this part is important, camel hair won't scratch the rather delicate screen) brush. 2) For the very brave: Use low pressure compressed air. Make sure it is well dried air so you don't blow condensate onto the screen. You can blow the shutter right out of the camera this way, so be careful. 3) Reread my second sentence on the subject.
