Nice photos! 

What’s the story behind the debris-covered clearing the zebras are in?

You look to be in pretty good shape in the last pic. All clothing present, no 
bloodstains, still upright.

Two hours is moving well for 5km and 600m vertical. In the guidebook for New 
Hampshire's White Mountains, where I’ve done the bulk of my hiking, time 
estimates are based on distance over ground (2 miles/hr) and altitude change 
(1/2h per 1000 ft). Some quick mental math gives me 3 1/2 hours for your walk.  
In my youth, half guidebook time was average (2/3 with a full pack); in my late 
60s guidebook time is occasionally a challenge.
