Dan, I don't know about flower merchants, but no doubt the flower
business will go on as usual.
All public attractions here including the flower auction are closed at
present.
However, this may change very soon due to increased vaccination efforts.

One of the most memorable days of my life is the morning Lee and I spent
strolling through Keukenhof, followed by a visit to the flower
auction at Aalsmeer. In the surrounding area were many fields full of
tulips, in brightly co0loored bands. Such Splender!
Is Keukenhof open at least for the flower merchants this year?
