So … 

"Orthochromatic"? Yes.

"…a feel for where sensitivity peaks on the spectral curve…" Um, not really. 
I've made four exposures with it so far, and processed it in a damaged mixture 
of over-age developer. I got two exposures that I kinda like. :)

It's fun, but the old Mamiya Press 23 is truly a lot of work to shoot it with. 
I haven't decided where to go with this spur off my usual photography yet.
