When I was a kid among the many pets we had, one was a Thai river otter. https://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/albums/72157612997255655 Exotic animals are incredibly rewarding to live with, but take huge amounts of care. Very few people should even attempt this. I understand better than most all of the reasons why one shouldn’t have a fox as a pet, even one of the domesticated ones.
