I don't ever sign into my bank on line.. but the person I talked to was not one of the staff that knew me personally -

I can try again when someone I know well is on staff and phrase it differently...  also.. it may only have been jammed because they wanted to send me a special code to my cell phone and I had my cell phone company remove texting from my account.. of course,
I still get a text from the phone company after I pay my bill.

I really love my pretty little LeSportsac lanyardlike thingy.. if I can
find a small enough one that has the protective stuff sewn in and is not
too heavy I'll switch.
