I Simply LOVE the Hotel Del Coronado. One of the magical places of San Diego. My wife's uncle was a retired admiral and lived on the island a few blocks from the hotel. Until the pandemic, my wife's aunt gave historical/cultural tours of the hotel and the surrounding neighborhood.
I also love Some like it Hot, which was filmed there.
