Thanks, Dave, for the pictures. I probably couldn't have gotten anything better from Pentax. The one I made for myself is similar in shape. I cut it out of a 1" thick piece of hardwood. Then a countersunk a hole for the tripod screw and painted it semi-gloss black. I can't mount it on a tripod, but my long lenses have a tripod mount instead. Once again, thanks for your trouble. I'm going to see if I can find one.
