Because it's not medium format and possibly not even a "real" Nikon. "Quasi"
full frame? Quasi in what sense, I wonder?
Reading what I found about it, I think the sensor was made for a video
camera, so it's a "full frame" for that particular format video camera.
And I think it's a "real" Nikon the same way the lenses Pentax
co-developed with Tokina & Tamron are "real" Pentax lenses.
