I probably do. "toxic" and "poisonous" mean causing an actual chemical reaction which is harmful to you. Nausea (which can be caused by a bad smell, or motion, or many other reasons) doesn't qualify. It may be unpleasant to be exposed to the smell (which isn't actually from the methane, but from various other decomposition products, etc., that are typically mixed in), but moving out of the affected area is enough to take care of it. That isn't the case if you are exposed to carbon monoxide from breathing car exhaust fumes, or eat deadly nightshade or yew berries or the wrong sorts of toadstools, or are bitten by a venomous snake or spider - those have persistent effects which often require medical treatment.
