Well hello there Walker Evans... I looked at the photos before reading
your comment post..
I did not know you had ever been to this side of the pond..and though
you were posting photos by Evans or Robert Frank...
You were obviously in the "historic" district of Statesville.. because
what you photographed was what one would have seen in the 1950's and
earlier..
