I spent yesterday dealing with the rain, according to my rain guage we got 6.16", so 15+ cm.
The river in my backyard rose about 15' (5m) above nominal. I've been too busy dealing with things to process the photos I got with the K-1, but here's an album up on google photos that I took with my phone: https://photos.app.goo.gl/3ukBdSM3T17gEcXFA At one point when I was dealing with drainage in the driveway I heard a big crash from across the river, it looked like a tree had fallen. It turns out that it went along with a bit of the cliff side and the back deck of one of my neighbors. Their house, thankfully, stayed put. Unfortunately, when I tried to get a video yesterday of about fifty rubber balls floating downstream I forgot to hit the start button, but you'll have to trust me that it would have made an impressive and amusing short movie.
