Heiko,

Even before I purchased the K105mm f/2.8, the photos I took with the M100mm f/2.8 
appeared too soft (@ f/2.8 and f/4) for my taste.  When I started using the K105, I 
did notice an increased in sharpness and felt the bokeh was more pleasing than the 
M100...  I was never fully satisfied with the M100.  I also read the comments about 
the K105 and that is why I searched/bought one.

It is my opinion that typically, K series lenses are better performers than equivalent 
M series lenses.  Not that M series lenses perform bad, but K series are just a notch 
better.
