Yes, the price is tempting, but first take a close look at the 645e, and handle one if possible. It's not a typical Mamiya, in that it really, really, looks lo-budget. It probably takes fine pictures, but the build quality and look of the 645e don't come close to that of the Pentax 645n or 645nII. And, as other posters have mentioned, you still have to take into account the price of lenses to build a decent system.
