There are some tools to backup OE on your old computer and restore them
on the new. I never tried them but maybe they will help:

http://www.inachis.com/
http://www.ajsystems.com/oexhome.html

Before trying one of these tools, you should backup the harddisk-folders
in which OE stores its data.

A very simple (but maybe sufficient) way is, to mark all messages in OE
and drag&drop them to a folder on your harddisk. Copy them to a CD an
drag&drop the messages from the CD into your new OE.

A good source for further information is http://www.kellys-korner-
xp.com/xp_o.htm#xp_oe

Another fine tool is QuoteFix (http://jump.to/oe-quotefix). It fixes
some ugly bugs in OE.

Hope it helps!
