They are all upside down. From where I am the rabbit is the right way up!

When I got home from dancing tonight I noticed that the sky was unusually clear, so I set up my tripod in the back yard, aimed at the most consistent telephoto test subject at my disposal, i.e. the moon, and took photos with the K3-III, mounted on the Bigma 50-500, DFA 150-450, and FA 250-600. I then used lightroom to set them all at the same exposure (they were all bracketed) cropped them all square to the diameter of the moon, selected the best two of each lens, then also made virtual copies that I then applied lightroom's denoise software. I then published them all to flickr at 1024 pixels, down from 1085, 1215, and 1462. There were some inconsistencies, so my technique has some problems. I also had some issues with SR vibrating things. I was a bit surprised at how much weaker the bigma was than the other two. https://www.flickr.com/photos/ellarsee/albums/72177720328241235 __ Larry Colen from Lothlorien l...@red4est.com -- %(real_name)s Pentax-Discuss Mail List To unsubscribe send an email to pdml-le...@pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
