I use a 75mm LS on my 645.  When attached the camera sets the focal plane
shutter speed to 1/8 sec.  That allows the focal plane to be wide open when
the leaf shutter operates.  After each exposure using the LS you have to
tension the shutter on the lens for the next shot.  The lens can also be
used in the normal fashion with the 645 if you move the dial on the lens to
a small white circle.
I had a problem with my LS when the shutter on the lens wouldn't open
correctly all the time.  I caught the problem, thankfully, before I shot a
wedding.  It took a couple of trips to the repair shop before it was
corrected.
