Talking about butterflies, I got this weekend the first price of a photo
contest organized by a Dutch foundation dedicated to the protection of
the dunes.
This with a picture of a silver-washed fritillary I made a few years

This species disappeared in our country in 1980 but made a come-back in
recent years in particular in the dune areas .
The price of the contest was a framed enlargement of my picture.
