Contrary to popular belief, very few mushrooms (maybe 100 species out of 100,000) are actually toxic and most of the toxic ones are not deadly. Most just don't taste very nice. ID from a web image will be tentative at best but they don't look like the most famous toxic mushroom, the Death Cap. They may, however, be a Destroying Angel, one of a group of about 20 similar species that are also deadly.
Those fruiting bodies are already releasing millions of spores each so, unless you are very lucky, the only way you will remove them entirely is by removing your yard entirely. And, even then... Composting them might work, even if they are poisonous, but most of the deadly toxins are not affected by the heat of cooking so I don't know.
