Jostein also has the FA 400mm... I seem to recall some of his comments are recorded on Stan Halpin's site. http://www.concentric.net/~smhalpin/ My own opinion is likely to change as I use the lens more. I'll post further impressions then (I still want an f/4.0 that's sharp wide-open). Its the middle of winter here and the dull light is frustrating. I want to get some decent shutter speeds with 100ASA film. If I take the plunge and buy that 4000dpi scanner I'm thinking about, I'll put some scans online.
