I've been thinking about getting a second body for a while. Perusing Boz's site, the two the jumped at me were the MX and KX, but I'm wondering if there is another good (maybe a bit cheaper) alternative out there that will meet my needs.
Here are my criteria: 1.) Should be cheap 2.) Must be tough 3.) Must have manual film advance 4.) Must be able to do long exposures (a few hours) without sucking batteries 5.) Must have DOF preview 6.) No Full frame metering (K1000 et al) 7.) Mirror lockup would be good 8.) Fully mechanical shutter would be a bonus I'll be shooting with a K24/2.8 A50/1.7 FA 28-70/4 and F80-200/4.7-5.6.
