HI Frank and Jeff! yes, it was Mediterranean, but near Rom. It's not so romantic. But I've to say that in June i was for some day in Sardegna (Sardinia), in a little isle in the north "La Maddalena". Perhaps you know it because the presence of the american soldiers there. That is a very romantic and beautiful place, with only mediterranean plants and rocks... but i would like to visit also your great lakes maybe one day
