To add to the recent discussion, I've been playing around with a Konica Hexar for a few months now and believe it's a great camera. However it's not really pocketable like a mju or some of the others mentioned. It's more like the size of smallish SLR body. If the abilityHowever it has some great features, the most significant for me are the way the flash operates (the camera takes a normal exposure and then adds the flash which gives an interesting result) flash compensation, fast autofocus, silent mode (the autofocus and autowind are extremely quiet), automatic compensation for IR film, takes filters (46mm)and has spot metering. The lens is great (35/2), and the camera looks very plain and ordinary, hence it doesn't attract a lot of attention. On the downside, the manual may as well be written in a foreign language and the controls are not intuitive.
