I'm in the same boat, although they're not having a wedding here in the states, just a reception. I've been called on to take portraits of the bridge and groom, the close friends, etc. I already told them they should pay a real photog for lasting memories, because I'm not good. However, she's set on me, and I'm willing to do anything for fun. :) > Do you think I could "learn" the Hassie in a day and use it with any > success the big day or should I concentrate on what I really know? I'm going to take in my graphic for some nice portraits of the bride and groom, and other "important" people. These, I hope, will be the nicest ones I can present. I'll also load up my YM124G with colour print film, since the graphic with be B&W. I'll use the 35mm bodies with probably just the 28-70f4 and a 50 f1.4, mostly all B&W portraits of the people at the event. I'm not expecting much, but I'm expecting to be able to deliver the goods that'll please. What I've decided to do is to do the best I can do with what I've got, and when it comes to the people themselves, I'll stick with I know best: 35mm. No fancy equipment I'm not familar with. :) -- http://www.infotainment.org "The destructive character is cheerful." - Walter Benjamin - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
