Tokina has made a nice manual focus AT-X 150-500/5.6 lens that I used to use. It's a very well built one-touch zoom (as are all of the manual focus AT-X zooms, from my experience), and quite good optically up to about 300mm or so, but it does get a little soft from about 300mm to 500mm.
