Depends on the max aperture of the lenses and what type the lenses are. I had the
MZ-5n and still have 3.5/35-105 Pentax A and had no trouble in focusing. All functions
retained, except AF of course. I suppose the MZ-5 is the same. With non-A lenses you
lose program AE.
All the best!

Aihe: manual lenses on autofocus body?

>Hi everybody!

>manual lenses. Therefore my questions: Does such a combination make
>any sense at all? Can one possibly set the focus correctly while

>viewfinder - comparing to manual bodies)? How far are the MZ5 body's

>(metering, aperture priority, etc)?
