Raimo,
It is only listed in the Function section, in the English manual. For F1
in enabling the audible PCV signal it states that the beeps are for focus
confirmation, errors, or film count reaching 30.
I turn this function off because I don´t like the focus confirmation. I
would like the warning for film use. Actually I would like to have the film
counter in the viewfinder. My Nikon F3 has it. This weekend I will be
taking finish line photos at a triathlon. I have to always look at the
counter to be ready for a camera change and therefore a film roll change.
This alerts me if I have to change from the MZ-S to the ZX-5 and vice-versa.
Did Pentax ever make a camera with a film counter in the viewfinder?
Interesting if they didn´t.

Really? This is good news, I was beginning to think that something is wrong.
Thank you (and all others who have pointed this out! And I still do not find
it in the manual.
All the best!
