Yep, for Pentax, Salt Lake City is pretty poor. Have you checked
Forester's, about 30th south between Main and State? They usually have a
few used items and in
my experience are decent to deal with. Howell's is another, they're
downtown, but they're prices are high and service and attitude (at least

the place) is horrible, so I don't step foot in there. YMMV.
Also, was the MZ-S that you saw at Inkley's (Ritz) on about 22nd south and
state? When I looked at it the salesman couldn't be bothered to put
batteries in it......

Forester's is definitely the place to go. They are very friendly. I went
there quite a few times when I was in town. Howell's seemed so unfriendly
that my visit was extremely short. If you did not know exactly what you
wanted to see, they could not be bothered.
So William, not only do I have to take my skinned LXen when next I am in
SLC, but it seems like I have to cart the MZ-S too :- )
