I'm really surprised that you've had trouble getting products - the S.A distributor, ISO PHOTO has twice won the Pentax Distributor of the Year Award, based largely on astounding market shares. They seem to be (or have been) a very dedicated and professional bunch that were willing to do anything to expand their business. Perhaps the problem does not lie with them.
