I have this hood.  It is a clip on type.  That means that the edge of
the lens/filter needs some thread to clip onto.  You can screw a
filter on and then put the hood on.  You can't use a Cokin holder and
put the hood on after that.  However, Cokin makes a hood for their
holder if you need it.
