Oops - Correction - it's ~ALLIGATOR~ skin.  Sorry.

1.  Still ugly, in my opinion, on a camera (or lens).  Alligator
skin looks beautiful on an alligator (as does snakeskin on a snake).

2.  I think that God intended reptile flesh and reptile skin to be
more useful for the reptiles created with them.  But I digress...
