Hi Bob,

Sorry :-)

I will try my best to detail the procedure so that it's pretty universal 
however of course there are differences between lenses and zooms are a 
different kettle of fish altogether.

It took about 45 mins to strip this one down including the setting up of 
lighting, shooting the photos and moving the tools out of shot. It took about 
20 minutes to properly clean out the old lube (which was recently added by the 
looks of it). The re-assembly took about half an hour with a lot of that time 
made up of cleaning and dusting optics followed by careful application of 
lubricant.
