Welcome back, Frank. Today was kind of a return for me as well...I pulled my bike out this morning after 5 years of relative inactivety. I rode for 40 minutes and stayed away from the hills.
One thing is for sure. I won't be doing a 100-mile ride for awhile yet but it sure felt good to be back in the saddle again. I need to lose about 20 pounds before I start attacking the hills. I don't have any excuse anymore since I retired in June and have the time to ride now. Any friendly motivation would be appreciated.
