A TC which does IS would be a very interesting object. Since it would probably be unwieldy you would still want to have IS lenses. Nonetheless, Having something which could add IS to the existing lense base would be interesting, especially since there is good evidence that camera shake adds more blur than lense quality for most folks not using a tripod or even just MLU. I'm not sure there would be as big a market fro an autofocus TC or even adding autofocus to a IS TC (with or without T/S).
