No. It's not more compatibility, but less compatibility. I cannot understand the argument that having great compatibility is worse than having less compatibility. If the compatibility is confusing, stay with AF lenses only, like with Canon - no difference between Canon and Pentax is this regard. Pentax is certainly no worse off by offering the compatibility (which you again don't have to take advantage of) Canon doesn't. P�l
