As far as I can find out, all these plugs are custom made.
About a year ago I wanted to do the same as you but I was unable
to find anything suitable, despite a detailed search. Since
then I have kept an eye open whenever a new source has appeared
but with no luck.
Brings me back to my hobby horse of accumulating sets of new
spares to start remanufacture.............
