Folded my own ala Doug Bardell. http://www.cyberbeach.net/~dbardell/bellows.html This was a real pain. I figured the more money I save in this phase the better chance I have to get a real lens. Ground my own glass and compared to the bellows it was a snap. If I had the extra cash I think I might have just purchased the bellows. So far the bellows are definitely the weakest point of the camera both mechanically and aesthetically.
