Here we go again... The boss of Pentax camera division said a year ago that wished to make an LX with AF; a camera the owner would like to take to their graves. For most of us, his "dream" camera fit in with the philosophy of the Limited lenses. In Japan, such statements are widely seen as controlled leakages. Besides, most of us find it weird that Pentax doesn't have a camera that match the Limited lenses. The flagship rumors have leaked out from extremely highly placed Pentax people over many years now. It's quite obvious that the recently fild KAF3, USM and IS patents all relate to this flagship. The rumor that the Dynaxx 7 was seen as minimum benchmark was planted by the same person who leaked out the news about the LX 2000 (which you read about here) a month before it's release. This person had obviously seen the brochure for the camera as he described both the camera and the lens. Anyway, I'll personally would be sceptical of the future of any flagship if it isn't showed real soon. Pl
