"I resent that." My deepest apologies if you were offended. Once more my inadquate descriptive skills leap to the fore. I was meaning that, with the advent of such things as videophones (for crying out loud!) people were happy with an image which required as much personal imaginative input to decipher as a cave painting. Maybe film is actually an azimuth: the highest (technical) quality (real) image which lasts for the longest time. mike
